October 2018 Meeting

Board Spots and Volunteers – With the end of the year approaching we will be reaching out to all of you to see how you might be interested in volunteering for next year. The following positions are open: Hospitality Chair, Philanthropy Co-Chair, QuiltCon Charity Quilt, and a Vice President/Co President.  Please consider one of these opportunities and email the guild if you are interested.

2019 Budget and Bylaws– We went over Bylaw Changes as we have cleaned up some outdated information and positions that we no longer have. We also voted on a new Logo.  We will be emailing out the proposed budget and bylaws to members and will be voting on these at the November Meeting.

Membership Fees – We are glad to announce that we will be keeping out membership fees the same next year: $50 full year/$25 for half year.  We have also proposed that we start charging for guests that come to our meetings for $5 per meeting attended.
